The National Immunization Survey released their annual report card on how well the nation's kids are vaccinated. We get an A this year. That may be surprising to you, given how much media attention has been given to parents who choose to opt out or delay vaccinations.
But, the truth is, 99% of America's kids are getting vaccinated, and most are completely up to date on their shots by two years of age. Yes, Virginia there is a Santa Claus, and most parents actually choose to follow the recommended schedule of vaccinations. A mere 1% are completely unvaccinated—the parents of these kids are just loud.
