I have a Warm Glow Wiper Warmer from Munchkin and recently I noticed that the power cord (were the cord attached to warmer itself connects to the power supply) was blackened. I have emailed my pictures to Munchkin and this was there response.

I’m so sorry to hear that the power outlet to your Warm Glow Wipe Warmer has turned black. I’ve never heard of this happening and am quite unsure as to why it would.

If you could please provide me with your mailing information I will be more than happy to get a replacement out to you ASAP!”
I am concerned because I feel like they aren’t looking into this more. Do you know of something else I can do? I searched and searched for a recall but I didn’t find one.
